 Dear esteemed residents of Keangnam Palace Landmark,

We would like to extend our sincere welcome and gratitude to you for your faith in us. We understand that a house is not only an asset of great value but also a home where any family can return to and enjoy peaceful moments together after a hardworking day.

In compliance with generally accepted regulations, the BOC works on a majority rule basis. Any issues relating to the control and management of Keangnam Palace Landmark public areas are addressed during the Resident Meetings. That being said, in our continued efforts to give voice to the residents and become a worthy representative of the complex, we strive to listen to your every wish and concern and meet your every demand to the best of our ability.
