Overview of the BOC

The BOC was elected during the Keangnam Palace Landmark Resident Meeting and consisted of 9 members: 8 tenants and 1 representative of Keangnam – Vina cooperation. Serving a three-year term, the BOC is responsible for representing the residents to enforce the rights and responsibilities relating to the management and use of the complex in accordance with current Housing Law. The BOC also represents all residents of Keangnam Palace Landmark to ink contract with the owner to operate and manage the complex.
